Today is my brother's birthday, so I'll be brief.
- Changed the default screen resolution from 640x480 to 1024x768.
- Changed the default texture gamma from 2.2 to 2.0 and added a new
console variable (r_gamma_tex) that allows one to modify the
texture gamma value on level changes - very useful if your display is too
bright or too dark in the Ca3DE environment.
- Added the noclip console command: mostly for debugging
purposes.
- Added the mouse_rev console command that reverses the mouse
up/down axis: useful if you are used to aircraft-like character controls.
Besides this, I am preparing a
Map Development Kit for Ca3DE, as
a pre-stage to a full SDK. It will not go online soon either, but I'll send it
out via email to anybody who is interested in making maps for Ca3DE.
